The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The primary role of Executive Assistant is to support the Head of Regulatory Affairs and The Head of Global Regulatory Affairs.

The Executive assistant will be responsible for organising global meetings and events, travel arrangements, managing schedules and calendars, communications to global.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Global Regulatory Affairs Executive assistant role will make an impact:

  • Provide administrative support to GRA leaders including diary management and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings including both interdepartmental and global meetings.
  • Organize and support corporate events and board meetings.
  • Organize and book travel, preparation and submission or expense reports.
  • Prepare and send communications on behalf of leaders, compile and amalgamate presentations into slide decks to support global meetings.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes ensuring action items are clearly communicated and tracked.
  • Routinely handle confidential and time-sensitive information, including budgets and headcount.
  • Support onboarding of new starters by ensuring IT equipment is ordered and available, workspaces are allocated, and induction plan is in place.
