Job Description

Due to continued growth, Reed are supporting a Professional Services company based in Central Bristol with the recruitment of a Executive Assistant, on a full time, permanent basis.

Working hours: Monday to Friday. 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunchHybrid working: 3 days office/2 days home

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support a dynamic Business Development team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, solutions-focused support to senior stakeholders, helping to drive efficiency and manage multiple priorities across client delivery, business development, and project coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating high-quality, bespoke documentation including reports, presentations and client materials
  • Proofreading and formatting documents to a consistently high standard
  • Managing diaries and coordinating complex meetings with clients and candidates
  • Acting as a key point of contact to support communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting end-to-end project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly
  • Assisting with CRM updates (Monday) and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules efficiently
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support, including reception cover when required
  • Supporting wider business initiatives including CSR and culture activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Experienced in an office support or EA role, ideally within professional services
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines
  • A strong communicator with a professional and personable approach
  • IT literate, with confidence using CRM systems and MS Office
  • A collaborative team player who is happy to go above and beyond
