Executive Administrator / Personal Assistant

  • Location: Worksop, S81
  • Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Interim Assignment

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide high-level administrative and PA support to senior leaders.
  • Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Take accurate minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support project work and general administration across the organisation.
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Administrator, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administration role.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • Experience within an educational environment is advantageous but not essential.
