We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Officer to join our Events team.

About the role:

As an Events Officer, you will play a key role in delivering Ty Hafan's fundraising events programme, helping to create memorable experiences that inspire supporters and generate vital income for children with life-shortening conditions and their families.

You will support the planning and delivery of a wide range of fundraising events, managing participant journeys, building strong supporter relationships and ensuring every event is delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard.

Please note that this role operates on a hybrid working basis. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility on days/hours to meet business needs.

About you:

You will be an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual with experience of coordinating events, projects or customer-focused activities. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, building positive relationships and delivering excellent experiences for supporters, customers or participants.

You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving. Able to work both independently and as part of a team, you will be motivated to achieve results while ensuring supporters receive outstanding service at every stage of their journey.

This role is based at our Head Office in Sully, with hybrid working available. The successful candidate will be expected to work on site for a minimum of three days each week.
