Job Description

Events Manager

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced Events Manager to be based at their client's office in London, UK.

This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the London office 3 days per week .

This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP

Day rate: Competitive Market rate

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Strategy

  • Define event objectives, target audience, and KPIs
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
  • Create timelines and project plans

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Event Execution

  • Oversee on-site/virtual/hybrid event operations
  • Manage volunteers, and contractors
  • Ensure smooth attendee experience

Risk & Compliance

  • Develop contingency plans

Post-Event Evaluation

  • Conduct debriefs with stakeholders
  • Collect attendee feedback
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for future improvements
