The Company
This is a fast-growing edtech platform trusted by 95-plus universities, operating in a space with no direct competition. The culture is fully remote, however you will need to be able t get to meetings in London and be onsite at events, be transparent and driven. The kind of place that moves fast, backs new ideas and gives people real room to shape how things are done. Growth is genuine and ongoing, which means the Events & Campaign Manager who steps into this role now will have a direct hand in what comes next.
The Role
The Events & Campaign Manager owns the full events programme end to end: around 50 events per year spanning a flagship multi-stage conference, monthly webinars, university roadshows, and sponsored industry events, with scope to bring fresh thinking to format and concept at every turn.
- Plan and deliver the full annual events calendar, around 50 events per year
- Own the flagship annual conference from concept through to post-event review
- Develop and roll out community-led roadshow events across the UK
- Host and manage monthly webinar programme end to end
- Manage event budgets, venue sourcing and supplier relationships
- Use HubSpot to track campaign performance and event data
- Contribute to event strategy and new format development
The Candidate
You are an events professional who has delivered a high volume of events independently, with a track record managing 30-plus events per year and genuine comfort owning every stage of the process. You bring a commercial and strategic mindset alongside your operational ability, and you are confident working in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
Experience with webinar hosting platforms is beneficial but not essential, as is a background in the higher education sector or hands-on experience with venue sourcing and event concept development. What matters most is that you are self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity and ready to step into the Events & Campaign Manager position and make it your own.
