Compensation: €200 - €275 / day

Description Program Coordinator

Location: Dublin, Ireland - Hybrid 2/3 times a week in the office

Contract Length: 9-month contract Full-time (40 hours per week)

Algomarketing partners with leading global organisations including Google, Cisco, Zoom, Stripe, OpenAI, and other enterprise technology brands to deliver marketing, sales, and go-to-market support with AI enabled talent across EMEA, NORAM, APAC and beyond.

  • We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support the delivery of a large scale science and technology exhibition for a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation.
  • This role will partner closely with senior event stakeholders to coordinate operational planning, logistics, vendor management, production activities, and onsite event execution for a major public facing event in Dublin.
  • The successful candidate will help deliver a world class experience for attendees, participants, partners, and stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence and project success.
  • Support large scale event logistics including venue operations, exhibition builds, catering, audio visual production, transportation, staffing, signage, branding, security, and health & safety.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross functional meetings and ensure follow up on actions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes, and maintain project tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams on content production and event branding.
  • Create detailed run of show documents, production schedules, and attendee flow plans.
  • Conduct post event evaluations, KPI analysis, and stakeholder feedback reviews.
  • Manage vendor documentation, contracts, contact records, and lessons learned for future event planning.
  • Travel may be required as part of the role.
  • 6+ years of experience in event management with a strong background delivering large scale exhibitions, trade shows, festivals, or consumer events with 30,000+ attendees.
  • Experience managing complex venue operations and multiple agency/vendor relationships.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt in fast paced environments while effectively prioritising competing demands.
  • Data driven approach with experience tracking KPIs, milestones, and project outcomes.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration, problem solving, and consensus building capabilities.
  • Experience developing scalable processes and operational efficiencies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience owning or supporting content production processes.
  • Global event planning experience.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and Figma.
  • Experience managing digital assets including websites, email communications, and event content.
  • Extensive knowledge of event venues and large scale event spaces.
