Our members and partners (e.g. global brands, scale-up ventures, NGOs) work together with the very best creative thinkers, makers, entrepreneurs and educators. Real learning and progress happens when people show up, get hands-on, and connect with others in real life. That's why we create in-person training experiences - immersive workshops with small teams, hands-on assignments, inspiring coaches and a buzzing atmosphere. Our days are tightly choreographed but full of flow: from the welcome coffee to the closing drinks, we make it all feel easy and energising.

To help us keep that energy flowing, and capture the energy and output of our sessions, we're looking for an Event Producer & Content Creator to join our team.

This is a hybrid role -half behind the scenes, half in the room. You're the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly and looks great while it happens.

• Take charge of our live training days (roughly 1-2 per week)
• Help manage communications and logistics with venues, catering, coaches, partners and participants in the lead-up to each training day
• Run the day like clockwork: welcome everyone with a smile, track attendance, guide teams, fix things on the fly, create the right vibe, and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Are the go-to person for anything practical during the day-solutions, not drama
• Make sure people feel seen, supported and taken care of-before, during and after the training
• Wrap things up with follow-ups, thank-yous, feedback, and sharing materials with participants and partners

• Capture the energy of the day-photos, videos, moments, team work, behind-the-scenes
• Create on-the-go content that's sharp, social and on-brand (for stories, reels, carousels, posts)
• Work closely with our team to keep the tone and visual style consistent
  

• A practical and creative doer-fast-thinking, sharp, and full of initiative
• You probably have a bit of OCD when it comes to keeping track of data in docs, inboxes, details and planning
• You don't miss a thing, and you don't drop balls-you keep everything on track, even when it gets messy
• You know how to get things done independently, and people trust you to handle stuff
• You're experienced in organising events or workshops, and comfortable managing multiple parties at once
• You're quick and creative with your phone or camera, and can spot and shape great content for social
• You're naturally hospitable and calm under pressure
• You have a driver's license (a must-we go places)
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You're based in or near Amsterdam, and available 4 days per week
• (2 days at the office, 2 days often on-site at trainings)
