The Role

The Event Project Manager takes ownership of major corporate client accounts, working with project teams and managing relationships from initial brief through to on-site delivery across conferences, exhibitions and delegate logistics events.

- Lead client relationships and weekly account calls as main point of contact

- Manage end-to-end delivery of a broad range of events including conferences and exhibitions

- Build and manage project budgets up to £500k

- Negotiate and contract suppliers and venues

- Lead and support a team of coordinators and assistants on-site

- Liaise with the in-house design team on branding and artwork

- Oversee delegate logistics including travel, accommodation and registration

- Attend on-site delivery across UK events, with occasional international travel

The Candidate

The right Event Project Manager will have led complex corporate events independently, handling client relationships at a senior level without day-to-day supervision. Solid experience creating and managing substantial project budgets, negotiating supplier and venue contracts, and leading production teams on-site is what this role demands.

A background in large-scale conferences, exhibitions or B2B corporate events is beneficial but not essential, and experience with delegate logistics including travel, accommodation and swag management would be a genuine advantage.
