The Company

This is an independent, owner-led events agency with nearly three decades in the industry, delivering hundreds of events a year across brand activations, product launches, conferences, hospitality and more. The team has grown significantly in recent years and kept its culture intact: one that values collaboration, backs development with real investment, and has a documented history of progressing an Event Project Executive through to senior levels.

The Role

The Event Project Executive sits within a structured operations team, supporting Project Managers on client briefs while taking on independently managed projects as part of a defined development pathway. It is a role that builds commercial and logistical confidence quickly, with genuine ownership from early on.

- Coordinating event logistics pre-event and on-site

- Negotiating with and managing allocated suppliers

- Liaising with clients, freelancers and internal teams throughout delivery

- Maintaining and updating event finance trackers and cost sheets

- Monitoring budgets and protecting margins across assigned projects

- Requesting and recording supplier health and safety documentation

- Attending on-site for set-up, live days and de-rig as required

- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and added value within budget

The Candidate

The right Event Project Executive will be highly organised, professional in their approach, and genuinely excited by the learning curve that comes with this kind of role. Some prior experience in event coordination, supplier management or event logistics will give you a strong foundation to contribute from day one.

If your background sits across adjacent areas such as hospitality operations, production assistance or venue coordination, that experience is very much welcomed here.
