EV Lease Renewals Specialist (Hybrid)

Octopus Energy in Weybridge seeks a Driver Success professional to maximise renewals and customer satisfaction at lease end. You will manage end-of-lease pipelines, extend renewals, and win back at-risk customers through relationship-based engagements.

The role is hybrid with 3 days/week in the Weybridge office, focusing on turning customers into advocates and delivering a best-in-class lease experience across salary sacrifice, consumer, and BCH offerings.
