European Regulatory Counsel - Strategy & Advisory (Hybrid)

Morningstar is seeking a Senior European Regional Counsel to lead Regulatory Strategy & Advisory in Europe, based in Greater London. The role reports to the Global Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs Strategy and supports Morningstar's regulated businesses in the UK and EU.

The candidate will guide regulatory strategies, manage compliance with FCA Handbook and EU rules, and partner with Compliance and external regulators.
