Our 50+ strong Brussels office, dedicated to European public affairs, supports businesses and organisations in navigating the complex institutional environment of the European Union. We operate across a variety of sectors: tech, telecommunications, creative industries, transport, agri-food, chemicals, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, services, and security/defence.

As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a European Public Affairs Consultant to strengthen our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to our clients on a wide range of issues and contribute to strategic planning and development.
• Prepare position papers and risk matrices.
• Arrange meetings with European institutional representatives and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across relevant EU bodies and institutions.
• Support the improvement of internal processes, including the review and translation of documents for colleagues.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in International Relations, Business or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of European institutions.
• Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and proactive, with a hands-on attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Polish is highly desirable.
