European ER & Policy Lead - Hybrid, 35 Countries

Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a globally recognised brand to recruit a Senior European ER and Policy Manager for their European HR CoE. The role covers 35 countries, partnering with regional People Teams and reporting to the Director of Talent Management for Europe.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day ER casework, shape ER policy, and drive improvements while staying up to date with Employment Law changes.
