Job Summary: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a professional services firm. They are seeking a skilled 3rd Line EUC Engineer. You will have extensive hands-on Microsoft technologies in a hybrid working environment, supporting a modern enterprise infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the organisations Microsoft endpoint management solutions, specialising in Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and Intune

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hands-on 3rd line engineering support for Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Perform traditional 2nd/3rd line break/fix incident management and resolution
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard applications, including MS Office, Adobe, and other enterprise software
• Support and administer M365 services, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of conference devices, including Poly MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) devices
• Support remediation efforts for missing patches and vulnerabilities across the laptop estate
• Monitor and support critical systems and services to ensure optimal performance
• Document all support activities within the IT Incident and Change Management tracking system
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and known error logs
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the EUC Team Lead/Head of Infrastructure & EUC

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a 3rd line support role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience in customer support with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Experience with M365 services administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online management
• Familiarity with patch management and vulnerability remediation
• Experience with IT Service Management tools and processes
