Remuneration: £35,000 - £38,000 + bonus

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Estimator - Flat Roofing will involve:

• Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial & Commercial Roofing projects
• Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
• Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
• Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flat Roofing will with:

• Must have experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry
• Ideally have experience in flat roofing
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong character that's not afraid to help the team when necessary
• IT literate
