This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Lead Estimator to lead the estimating function on major construction and engineering projects, providing strategic cost leadership across bids, delivery, and portfolio planning.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the production of accurate, competitive, and risk adjusted cost estimates, overseeing budgets, tenders, and governance across complex infrastructure projects.
• Managing and developing a team of estimators, embedding best practice estimating standards, assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Driving cost control, value engineering, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between forecasts, budgets, and actuals.
• Acting as the senior estimating interface with commercial, engineering, project, and executive stakeholders, providing trusted advice on cost certainty and financial viability.
