The role of an Estates Manager is to provide corporate property management support, service co-ordination and advice for a commercial property portfolio comprising multiple offices, retail units, industrial units and/or other specialist interests. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective property management service as well as strategic advice for the estate. This role will be responsible for the management and development of client relationships in order to achieve maximum profitability and to generate new opportunities for business development within the Business Group and within Colliers International.

The core responsibilities of the role will include but is not limited to:

• General estate management duties for a defined national or regional portfolio
• Onboarding of new properties
• Management of landlord enquiries and interpretation/observation of obligations under the lease
• Regular liaison with landlords and tenants and enforcement of their responsibilities
• Managing major landlord relationships
• Managing applications for landlord's consent
• Interpretation of lease obligations and enforcing landlord repair covenants
• Supporting the annual budgeting exercise
• Supporting the contract reporting cycle
