This Role: Estate Coordinator
Location: 840 OLD KENT ROAD, LONDON, SE15 1NQ
Salary: £28,393 based on a 37.5-hour working week

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our Housing Team in managing a new building comprising two residential towers. The role involves aspects similar to concierge, caretaker, fire warden, facilities person, or security guard. You will be the face of MTVH daily, supporting our diverse customer base and ensuring our service providers meet high standards within the building. You will work alongside Local Housing Managers responsible for tenants and homeowners.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality estate management services, ensuring excellent customer service across all tenures including leaseholders, shared owners, and tenants.
- Act as the accountable officer, delivering an efficient, coordinated, customer-focused service that meets local needs and maintains high standards.
- Proactively collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to coordinate services and enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A motivated, community-oriented individual who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, problem-solving, and enjoys helping people. You should be confident resolving conflicts and making decisions independently, genuinely caring and confident in your ability to drive change.
- Experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds, including presenting complex or challenging needs, is essential.
- Experience in social housing is preferred but not essential.
- Strong administrative and IT skills with attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, writing, and numeracy.
- Excellent planning, organization, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve outcomes.
- This role operates within 9-5 office hours, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required due to the role's nature.
This is a car-free development. Successful applicants are expected to use public transport and be on-site during fixed hours daily.
