Estates & Property Manager (Hybrid) - Lease & Asset Focus

A Lincolnshire-based employer is seeking a Property Surveyor / Manager to oversee estates and property management across multiple sites. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary up to £64,000 and a company car, in a hybrid setup (2-3 days in the office).

You will manage service charges, lease arrangements and asset performance while ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting to stakeholders on rental incomes and lease life cycle.
