Estate Maintenance Specialist

Exclusive Household Staff seeks an experienced Maintenance Operative for a private Surrey estate. The role focuses on day-to-day upkeep, with hands-on electrical and plumbing work and the ability to manage external contractors.

The candidate must be practical, discreet, and highly organized, ready to ensure the estate is kept to the highest standard for the Principal's visits. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility when the Principal is in residence.
