About this job

We are seeking an experienced, practical, and reliable Estate Gardener & Caretaker to support the year-round maintenance of a private rural estate in Worcestershire.

Duties include operating plant machinery, using power tools, managing lawns and hedges, planting, basic tree surgery and general land stewardship.

The role may also involve beekeeping support, deer management, and occasional equine-related tasks.

An interest in minimum-tillage / no-dig gardening, organic or biodynamic methods, and experimental land-based approaches is highly desirable.

Applicants must be hands-on, able to work independently outdoors in all seasons, non-smokers, hold a full UK driving licence, and have their own local accommodation.
