Estate & Facilities Leader (Residential Community)

Savills Company is seeking an Estate Manager for their Birmingham location, responsible for the effective management of the estate and buildings. This role involves maintaining a safe environment for residents, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle budgets and client interactions. Full-time contract with working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
