Since launching in August 2019, we have continued to grow and are now looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Valuer to join our successful team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent who wants to work in a high-performing environment, build their own pipeline and earn a fantastic salary with excellent benefits.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions.

You will be a key representative of Flexi Agent, building strong relationships with vendors and providing expert advice throughout the selling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions and grow your personal pipeline
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Provide accurate and well-informed pricing advice
• Follow up valuations and convert opportunities into instructions
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve company targets
• Represent the Flexi Agent brand professionally at all times
• Stay up to date with local market conditions and property trends

About You

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for estate agency and delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience within residential estate agency
• Proven experience winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident, professional and personable approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong desire to achieve targets and maximise earning potential
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
