Job Description

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist.


Main Responsibilities


  • Manage the issuance of invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting requirements and verifying that the invoice has been correctly received by the client.
  • Coordinate and process intercompany billing in accordance with group agreements and policies.
  • Manage intercompany contracts with different group companies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and country-specific requirements for intercompany operations.
  • Verify and reconcile financial data related to billing to prevent discrepancies.
  • Keep billing records updated in our CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing issues.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and billing information.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in billing processes.
  • Provide support to other areas of the department.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent studies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing.
  • Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations applicable to invoicing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with IT applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
  • Teamwork skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced English (Minimum C1).
