• Managing and supporting key group-wide projects and initiatives that help deliver on the ESG Strategy
• Preparation of groupwide non-financial reporting in line with ESRS and EU-taxonomy
• Support teams and provide subject-matter expertise in the areas of net-zero, green buildings, social sustainability, ethics and compliance
• Coordination of internal and external reporting and data collection (CDP, SBTi, )
• Development and implementation of topic specific workshop, trainings and communication

• 5+ years' experience in sustainability
• Broad understanding of and passion and drive for ESG
• Understanding of different stakeholder needs
• Interpersonal skills, ability to drive change
• Fluent in German & English
• Other language skills are an advantage
