ERP Test Lead Workday & SAP

ERP Test Lead Workday & SAP required to be based in the area of Birmingham, long term contract offering excellent rates.

ERP Test Lead Workday & SAP required to lead testing for a large-scale SAP to Workday ERP transformation across finance and HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Manage onshore/offshore teams and defect management (JIRA/ADO)
• Design and drive test automation and reporting
• Provide clear stakeholder communication and test assurance

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Workday testing experience (mandatory)
• ERP testing background (SAP desirable)
• Tools: JIRA, ADO/ALM
• Automation: Selenium, Tosca, Postman, BDD/Cucumber
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-vendor environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Based in the area of Birmingham, close to Warwick, Coventry, Solihull, Northampton, Cheltenham.
