ERP Service Delivery Manager - Oracle Fusion & MSP

Inizio is seeking an Oracle Service Delivery Manager to oversee governance of the enterprise Oracle Fusion platform and related ERP applications. You will partner with a Global MSP to ensure stable services, meet SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

You will report to the IT Finance Systems Operations Manager and collaborate with Finance, Enterprise IT, and Procurement to optimise service value and performance across multiple countries.
