ERP App Support Specialist

This is a 12-month maternity leave cover contract

We are working with a leading Irish software organisation delivering ERP solutions to the food production and distribution sector across Ireland and the UK. They are looking for a proactive ERP Application Support Specialist to join their growing team.

What You'll Do

• Provide ERP application support and troubleshoot user issues
• Manage tickets, workflows, and SLAs via service tools
• Deliver user training, documentation, and UAT support
• Investigate issues using SQL and support continuous improvement
• Build strong customer relationships and enhance support processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP B1, Sage, Dynamics or similar)
• Strong SQL and problem-solving skills
• Background in Business Information Systems or related field
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
