ER Specialist

Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HR professionals or ER specialists to support a busy HR function, managing complex ER cases and providing expert guidance on workplace matters across a multi-site organisation for a 6 month contract based in West Dublin.

• Manage a range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, bullying & harassment, complaints, safeguarding concerns, and protected disclosures.
• Lead workplace investigations from initial assessment through to outcome and recommendations.
• Conduct interviews, gather and evaluate evidence, and prepare clear, robust reports.
• Partner with managers to provide practical ER advice and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Support best practice, compliance, and positive employee relations across the organisation.

• 3+ years' experience in Employee Relations, managing complex workplace cases.
• Strong knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, and employment relations procedures.
• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and producing high-quality reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification desirable.
