ER Specialist

• circa 2 months
• £170 - £175 day + holiday pay
• x2 per week Milton Keynes (once onboarded more flexibility on days on site)
• Start date: ASAP
• Supportive, collaborative team

You'll need to be confident managing high-volume casework, you will be managing 30-35 cases at any one handling everything from low-level to complex cases including grievance, restructure & dismissal. Experience with ACAS is desired.

You will have had experience on leadin all cases from inception to completion.
