ER Advisor: People Relations & Change Coach

GXO Logistics, Inc is hiring an ER Advisor for our Newark site. You'll provide expert guidance on absence, conduct, capability and grievance matters, helping managers handle ER cases in a fair, compliant and solution focused way.

Working closely with site leadership and the ER Manager, you'll monitor ER trends, support the ER People Plan and associated change programmes in a fast paced logistics environment. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role, 09:00-17:00.
