Phyllis Tuckwell are seeking a dedicated and experienced Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join our values led, purpose driven and friendly organisation, at our site in Farnham, Surrey.
This newly created and pioneering role will champion, and lead the overall direction of EDI at Phyllis Tuckwell, taking responsibility for the strategic development and delivery of EDI initiatives. By capturing and analysing relevant data insights, the role will seek to increase Phyllis Tuckwell's reach and support for underrepresented communities and ensure a fully inclusive and accessible service for our patients, carers and workforce. Working collaboratively, and in partnership with a number of internal and external stakeholders, the position will aim to shape and find workable solutions to overcome barriers and identified gaps in our provision and seek to drive cultural change through the use of focus groups, engagement initiatives, training and positive communication.

About You
The successful EDI Lead will possess:
- Specialist knowledge in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and relevant legislation & policies
- Proven experience in delivering EDI initiatives, with measurable impact
- Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
- The capability to analyse data and make suitable recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders and to establish effective relationships, collaborate and influence others
- A flexible and professional approach
- Excellent IT and administration skills

We are based in Farnham, Camberley and Guildford, and provide bespoke, compassionate palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness, across West Surrey and North-East Hampshire.
