The role: Tameside's Operations and Greenspace Service is seeking an Environmental Maintenance Operative to carry out a range of tasks that maintain and improve the quality of the local environment.

Responsibilities

• Removal of fly tipping across the Borough
• Liaising with Enforcement Officers
• Providing support for Days of Action involving other service areas
• Work from other Council depots as necessary

Qualifications

• Full current driving licence with C1 category as a minimum
• Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
