Job Description

Environment and Release Manager - Salesforce, DevOps

Xpertise are urgently looking for an Environment and Release Manager (Salesforce, DevOps) for an immediate start.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in environment & release management within Salesforce ecosystems
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices
Hands-on experience with tools such as Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins (or similar)
Experience working across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Heroku environments
Knowledge of monitoring tools
Experience with automation frameworks and cloud deployments
Strong knowledge of containerisation technologies (eg, Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience in Central Government

Role is fully remote - inside IR35
