Location: Stow-on-the-WoldSalary: £24,000-£26,000 + up to £4,000 annual bonus

The Role: Conveyancing Assistant

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping the team deliver a smooth, efficient service to clients buying and selling property. It's a busy, varied role where you'll learn quickly and gain hands-on experience from day one.

You will get involved in tasks such as:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, supporting clients with friendly, prompt communication

  • Preparing and verifying client onboarding documents

  • Checking ID and source-of-funds information

  • Completing title checks under the guidance of a Fee Earner

  • Drafting and sending contract packs

  • Obtaining redemption statements

  • Supporting pre-contract enquiries

  • Preparing pre-completion documents, invoices and financial statements

  • Keeping our case management system fully up to date

  • Working closely with third-party stakeholders and building strong relationships

This role comes with excellent progression opportunities, including pathways to Senior Assistant, Paralegal or even Fee Earning positions. You'll also have access to a professional development plan and financial support if you choose to pursue legal qualifications.
