What You'll Be Doing

• Making sales calls to potential clients and candidates - confidently, consistently, and with purpose.
• Generating new business by identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and building your own client base.
• Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, becoming their go to contact.
• Managing the recruitment process from first call to final placement, keeping everything moving in a fast paced environment.
• Working to targets and pushing yourself to hit and exceed them.
