Job Description
Zoom is seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer in Cork, Ireland to support Enterprise customers. You will own case resolution, manage high-volume queues, and collaborate across teams to ensure fast time-to-resolution.
You should have CCNA/Network+ or SSCA SIP, solid CCaaS/VoIP experience, 5-7 years in tech support, and strong communication. The role requires hybrid work with office visits in Cork three times weekly.
