Location/Office Policy: AIB , Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, (2 days a week in the office, moving to 3 days in office from Jan 2026)

The Technology Architecture team develops and governs our technology domain architecture and roadmaps to align with business goals. The Enterprise Technology Architect leads the definition of business and technical architectures and roadmaps to support our strategy.
We seek an experienced Enterprise Technology Architect to shape business domains according to strategic priorities, who can:
Key accountabilities- Develop technology roadmaps and target architectures for one or more domains, ensuring alignment with solution design and long-term efficiency.
- Break down complex requirements into clear architectural plans, leveraging expertise to create holistic solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to set and implement technology direction.
- Influence senior stakeholders and manage complex engagements.
- 10+ years in technology, ideally within Financial Services; 4+ years' Enterprise Technology Architecture experience.
- Background in Banking/Financial Services domains such as Customer, Credit, Payments, Accounts, Wealth, Treasury, or Back Office.
- Understanding of architecture practices, business analysis, SLAs, and cost evaluation; professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CITA/IASA) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience modernising legacy architectures, stakeholder management, teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, agile methods, and cloud technologies.
