Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive to join JAAQ's high-performance, competitive sales culture. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients and the expansion of existing accounts. The right candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in closing complex deals, and have the tenacity to win in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle

  • Manage the entire process from prospecting and qualification through to contract negotiation and close.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across enterprise accounts.

  • Forecast accurately using JAAQ's methodology.

Drive enterprise growth

  • Identify, engage, and convert C-level stakeholders across Insurance and Financial Services.

  • Lead and coordinate complex deal cycles involving multiple decision-makers and cross-functional teams.

Position JAAQ solutions with impact

  • Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-driven business cases to enterprise prospects.

  • Develop account strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.

Collaborate cross-functionally

  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

  • Provide insights from the field to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into enterprise environments.

  • Demonstrable history of closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles.

  • Hunter mentality with relentless drive to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

  • Skilled in leading high-stakes negotiations and securing buy-in from C-suite stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker who can map solutions to client needs and influence decision-making.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Highly resilient, resourceful, and results-focused with a "refuse to lose" mindset.
