Enterprise Performance Management - Manager

Role Summary

As an EPM Manager in the CFO Office team, you will be responsible for leading workstreams in the design and delivery of enhanced FP&A and commercial finance solutions. This includes process improvement, information model design, and supporting EPM technology implementation. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their planning and performance needs and help enable better decision-making through data and insight.

You will manage junior team members, support engagement delivery, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. This is a client-facing role in a dynamic, growing firm where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams on EPM transformation projects
• Design and implement planning and forecasting processes
• Conduct FP&A maturity assessments
• Translate business requirements into data models, reporting hierarchies and KPIs.
• Support EPM tool configuration and integration efforts
• Support the assessment of EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Onestream, Tagetik, Board, SAC and PowerBI).
• Ensure project delivery on time, on budget, and within scope, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
• Interface with client managers and process owners to drive adoption and alignment of new tools and processes.
• Support thought leadership in EPM trends, methods and tools.
• Support and lead proposal writing, pitch presentation and solutioning for new work.
• Guide and coach senior associates

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance transformation and EPM consulting.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
• Proven experience delivering FP&A or EPM projects in consulting or industry
• Exposure to tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Onestream, Tagetik, Board, SAC and PowerBI
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
