What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end client engagements from origination to outcome
• Shape AI and cloud transformation strategies with C suite sponsors
• Structure programs, governance and operating models
• Run executive workshops and steering committees
• Mentor consultants and grow the practice

What you bring

• 8+ years consulting at a top tier firm (MBB, Big 4 strategy, boutique)
• Track record leading enterprise AI or cloud transformations
• Excellent executive communication and structured problem solving
• Comfort with technical depth - you partner with engineers as peers

Nice to have

• Sector depth in financial services, energy or healthcare
• Prior P&L or practice leadership experience
