Enterprise Architect - Healthcare

Cpl recruitment are partnering with a leading organization seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to shape and guide their technology strategy. This senior role offers the opportunity to define the long-term IT vision , lead architecture governance, and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across the enterprise. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influencing decisions that drive digital transformation and business growth.

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Recommend technology solutions and ensure best use of existing systems.
• Define architecture standards, ensure governance, and review technical infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide architecture teams, promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and long-term scalability.

• 7+ Years experience in a similar role
• 3+ years experience with healthcare IT architecture and standards (HL7, FHIR) is essential
• Cloud architecture expertise (AWS preferred, Azure beneficial).
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
• Experience designing scalable solutions across multiple domains.
• Software design background (Java, .NET, or Flutter).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
