Enterprise Applications Analyst (Genesys) - Hybrid Cork

AXA Group in Cork (Hybrid) is seeking a Systems Applications Analyst to support and enhance a portfolio of business-critical applications underpinning key processes and customer services.

You will work with business stakeholders, vendors and IT colleagues to ensure applications remain reliable, secure and aligned to business needs, and you will develop specialist expertise in the Genesys Contact Centre platform, contributing to its support and ongoing development.
