Enterprise AI Scientist: Conversational Analytics

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Data Scientist (AI & Conversational Analytics) to shape enterprise analytics and AI-enabled decision making. The role is hybrid, with 1 day in the office per week, and involves building trusted AI insights from complex data.

You will work with senior leadership to define AI-ready data models, apply NLP and LLMs, and ensure data governance and explainability across solutions.
