Pactum is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Account Manager - a true rock star - to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll build strong relationships with key clients and drive revenue growth. If you're passionate about client success and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with key executive stakeholders (e.g., CPO, CFO, VP) within assigned customer accounts.
- Drive expansion of Pactum's usage within assigned customer accounts across various countries, business units, use cases, and product lines, including identifying and closing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing guidance and support to maximize their value from Pactum.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Deployment & Operations) to ensure customer success and address challenges.
- Contribute to the refinement and implementation of Pactum's customer success best practices.
We believe you are likely to succeed if you
- Are located in Germany.
- Have 5+ years of proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive / Account Manager hitting sales goals at a SaaS start-up organization.
- Have experience in implementing a strategic selling process.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability to a growing/dynamic business environment.
- Can initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Have a thorough understanding of negotiating and sales techniques.
- Have a deep understanding of the B2B procurement process and previous experience working with procurement clients.
