ENT SpR

Our NHS client in the East of England has appointed us to help recruit them an ENT SpR on either a Permanent or NHS Fixed Term basis.

Our client are currently one of the largest trusts in the UK, serving a population of 1.2 million people along with a workforce of 15,000 staff.

The successful appointee will be working in a department of 11 Consultants within ENT, they will be asked to fulfil various responsibilities within the ENT department. These will include:

• Undertaking day case/23 hour stay operating lists, with supervision as deemed necessary
• Outpatient clinics, usually in conjunction with one of the Consultant ENT Surgeons
• Deputising for absent colleagues in theatres, wards and outpatient clinics and other areas, as necessary, at a level commensurate with the appointee's experience and ENT capability
• Development clinical and managerial skills, primary care colleagues through group teaching and practice based sessions & development of clinical and managerial skills
