Job Description

Cheltenham College is seeking a Neurodivergence Learning Specialist and English teacher for the Senior School (13-18). The role is full-time from January 2027, working within the Learning Support Department to help pupils with neurodivergence develop literacy, study skills and executive-function abilities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the SENCO and Learning Support team, providing targeted interventions and assessments to foster independence and confidence in pupils facing
