We are seeking a passionate and resilient English Teacher (QTS required) to deliver high-quality teaching to small classes of KS3 and KS4 pupils. You will be working with students who present a mixture of autism and challenging behaviours, requiring a creative, empathetic, and structured approach to learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to small groups.
• Differentiated teaching to meet the needs of pupils with autism and SEMH challenges.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders to ensure consistent progress.
• Inspire students to develop confidence in literacy, communication, and self-expression.

Who We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching KS3/KS4 English in specialist or mainstream settings.
• Strong understanding of autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviours.
• Resilient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education.
• Ability to build positive relationships and motivate learners.
