Starting September 2025, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated English Teacher for a full-time, permanent position.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious individual eager to contribute to an expanding English department. The school is known for its supportive Senior Leadership Team and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

Experienced teachers can take on roles such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibilities, 2iC, or Head of Department. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will benefit from a bespoke induction program, working alongside both new and experienced teachers.

Person Specification

• UK QTS or equivalent, or in the process of gaining it
• Strong academic background (Degree, A Levels, GCSEs)
• Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
• Ability to work effectively within a large team
• Open to feedback and professional development
